Gone Fishing!

Walter caught our dinner tonight. So proud of that man and what an excellent fisherman. Yeah Right!! Only if you count fishing in large tanks in your grocery store using a plastic basket. Quite hilarious and I do wish I had videoed it. Actually he ended up not catching our dinner. The damn slimy thing jumped out back into the tank and the woman who works there had to come and show him the correct way. Regardless we got our fish and a really good laugh. I'm so easily entertained. 

These are the tanks that line the walls. This store is called Makro, very similar to a Costco or SAMs. Can you ever imagine catching live fish in a store in the US that you are going to eat. There would probably be some big protest outside against the cruelty of animals. These fish are caught in the wild then stored in the tanks. We bought almost 2 kilos for only around 8$.

The lady who came over to help and show him how to catch 2 fish and keep the fish in the basket. Something to do with being gentle. 

Doesn't your local Costco sell frog. Yum!  Not!
